Renewal and Payment Issues

Renewal and payment issues are handled through the Billing area in Account Center. If something does not renew as expected, Billing is the first place to review your subscription state and see what needs attention.

Where to check

  1. Open your profile menu.
  2. Go to Account Center.
  3. Open Billing.

This is where you can review your current plan state and whether your account is still on the subscription you expect.

When renewal works normally

If renewal is processed successfully, your paid plan continues without interruption and your access stays aligned with the active subscription.

When payment has an issue

If a renewal payment is not processed successfully, your subscription may not continue as expected until the payment issue is resolved.

In practice, this means Billing becomes the place to confirm your current plan state and whether any action is needed on the account.

What happens to your data

Payment issues do not remove your data. Your account keeps its existing data, but access to some features may depend on which plan is currently active after the billing issue is resolved or after the paid period ends.

When in doubt, check Billing first. It is the main place to verify whether your plan is active and whether anything related to renewal needs attention.
